The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home comes fully equipped with all the modern amenities perfectly suited for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.

Located in the secluded residential community of Harbour View, the estate is within walking distance of the Jolly Harbour Marina. There you will find restaurants, bars, banks (ATMs), shopping, supermarket, water-sports, sailing and a host of vacation activities.

The property is an alluring 8 minutes walk from Jolly Beach, a mile long stretch of powdery white sands, turquoise waters and cool winds.

Within 5 minutes, start exploring the island’s finest stretch of pristine beaches along its Caribbean Sea coastline. Featuring the likes of Ffryes Beach, Darkwood, Johnson’s Point, Hanson’s Bay each, Turners Beach, Carlisle Bay and Hermitage Bay to name a few.

Interior Living Areas The open-concept living room, kitchen and dining spaces feature splendid vaulted ceilings, large fans and directly face westwards towards the deck and pool areas. Large glass doors afford airy scenes of Caribbean blue skies, stunning sunset opportunities and star filled nights.

The comfortable indoor sitting area includes a large 55-inch flat screen smart-TV, complete with streaming internet access apps (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and more). Other living space conveniences include a dedicated workstation with ergonomic chair and desk.

The kitchen is well appointed with large fridge, 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster and spice rack to name a few.

An indoor laundry closet provides convenient indoor access to washing machine and laundry supplies.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms Inside the villa you will find 4 well appointed modern bedrooms, outfitted with generously sized closets, high ceilings and fans.

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 feature large sliding glass doors with direct access to the outdoor deck and pool area. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 additionally feature over sized glass windows providing sun filled natural lighting. Each bedroom comes standard with light and dark shaded curtains allowing you to adjust to your preferred brightness levels.

Bedroom 4 features a Queen bed, double night tables with reading lamps; large sofa, dresser and closet; en-suite walk-in rain shower and large vanity finished with oil rubbed bronze fittings.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature Full beds, double night tables with reading lamps, 32 inch streaming TVs, large closet and large sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1 features twin beds, night stand and closet.

On request, the villa can be equipped with a convertible crib / toddler bed.

There are two adjoining bathrooms directly across from bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each featuring walk-in rain /handheld shower unit, wall mounted cabinetry finished with oil rubbed bronze fittings.

All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, first aid kits, towels, extra toilet paper and garbage bags. As a courtesy we provide starter packs of body wash, lotion, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable cups, cotton pads, shower caps and more.

Pool and beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Living Areas Step outside onto its generous sundeck; newly refitted 16 x 30 ft crystal clear, polished pool complete with LED night lighting.

The sundeck features a covered patio with hammock, large day bed and outdoor dining table with chairs. Additionally there are sun deck loungers, side tables, Adirondack chairs, gas grill and more for the optimum in alfresco living.

The villa itself is nestled in a garden of date palms, lush manicured lawn and tropical plants, all of which enjoy cool breezes both day and night.

We are more than just your average vacation rental, providing for an unforgettable vacation experience. Our Professional Home Management Team is committed to ensuring that your entire visit to the island is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

We can help with all aspects of your stay: from helping to arrange flights and local transportation; meet and greet at the airport or property; supplying a welcome pack; booking rental car; pre-stocking the villa with custom requirements and lots more. Our 24/7 concierge service is available for the duration your stay to help in any way. We can recommend and arrange for island tours, water excursions, ecotourism, or any local activity that suits your fancy.

In-villa services such as private massage, beautician, private cook, daily housekeeping etc can be arranged (early booking is required).

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have exclusive access to villa, deck, private pool, garden, onsite parking and adjoining fenced play field.

* Property has been inspected and registered to operate as an accommodation property by Antigua and Barbuda’s Ministry of Tourism and Investment (Mar 2023)

* Property has been duly registered with Antigua and Barbuda’s Inland Revenue Department ABST and Tourism Guest Levy program.

* Per Antigua and Barbuda’s Tourism Guest Levy Act, US$5 per guest per night will be collected by your host on arrival and paid to the Inland Revenue Department. All monies collected under this initiative are paid into the islands Climate Resilience Fund (CRDF). (Guests 5 yrs or younger are exempt).

* Per Antigua and Barbuda’s Sales Tax (ABST) Act, a mandatory 17% sales tax is applied to each reservation and reflected on your invoice.

* We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Cards and Bank Wire. Payments made via PayPal or Credit Card incur processing fee of 5%.

* Primary guest making the booking must be over the age of 25. Photo ID required.

* In Stay cleaning service is available at a rate of $100US per visit. Contact your host on arrival or any time during your visit to arrange. (Visits lasting 2+ weeks receive complimentary cleans ever 7 days).
