– 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
– 50% refund if you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 15 days before check-in.

*Note: Any fees incurred during the receipt of your payment, or in processing a cancellation request will be deducted from your refund amount
